Training Enrolment Process

 

  • A person can register by completing an online registration from, or by contacting the office and requesting a registration form.
  • Once the registration from is completed and returned to the Knotion office, the delegate/delegate’s company will be invoiced.
  • Prices quoted remain valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
  • Prices quoted are Excluding VAT
  • Knotion reserves the right to alter course schedules.
  • All courses require a minimum number of registrations before they are confirmed.
  • A purchase order number is required to secure delivery of service.
  • All prices quoted are subject to change based on exchange rate fluctuations and exclude VAT unless otherwise indicated.
  • After placing the initial order, attendee numbers may be altered up to 5 working days before the agreed date, but may not be lowered or increased beyond the minimum and maximum numbers.
  • Submission of a signed registration constitutes commitment by the client to pay for and attend the training requested.
  • Training dates are set on the website, but is subject to change, should the minimum requires number of candidates not be registered for a certain course. Clients requiring dedicated training for groups of 8 or more can discuss alternate training dates.
  • Pre-payment of the course is preferred but at a minimum a signed purchase order is required to confirm a booking. Without this payment or purchase order you could lose your place on the course.
  • Once the order is received all fees become payable and any cancellation will attract a 50% payment of the fee – up to 15 days before the event. If cancelled 15 days prior to the commencement of the training, 100% of the fees become payable.
