Knotion and its Affiliates will not disclose the identity of the ATC attendees to anyone other than the Certification Authority and a company that paid the course fee for an attendee, if applicable. Knotion and its Affiliates may provide the ATC attendees with written confirmation of course attendance. Such written confirmation will not imply that the attendee is certified in any way and in particular the words “Certificate”, “Certify”, “Certified,” “Certification”, or derivatives thereof will not appear therein.South African companies are bound by the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act – which prevents any company from disclosing any client details to anyone outside of the company.
